Electronic Health Record Access for EMR Users Only
In order for you to have access to the Electronic Health Record, the following requirements must be met:
Step 1: Complete the Access request form

Step 2: Complete the online EHR Privacy Training

Once your access request is received at DOH, you will be enrolled in the online privacy training. You will receive an email from the EHR Administrator (ehradministrator@gnb.ca) with the link to the privacy module.
Step 3: Complete the online Electronic Health Record Training

Once the EHR privacy training is completed and your access request is approved, you will be enrolled in the online Eletronic Health Record training.

When training is completed, you will be able to access the EHR.
